What credits buy

Credits are the unit. Outputs are what you remember.

A credit is the meter Alfred uses for the explicit heavy work you ask him to do. Here is what each tier's monthly allocation actually delivers.

Solo · 500 credits / month

Pick any one or any mix.

All of it, or 10 of one thing, or a hundred of another.

  • Deep analyses (QoE, DDR, IC memo)10
  • Databooks (full GL pull and reconciliation)5
  • Market research reports or executive reviews16
  • Competitive battlecards20
  • Full analyses (research, comps, LBO scratch)41
  • Quick analyses250
  • Full company enrichment cascades33
  • Single-contact enrichments166
  • Inbound CIM triages with extraction50
  • Outbound email drafts250
  • Outbound dial minutes500
  • Voicemail drops1,000
  • SMS messages500
Team · 2,500 credits / seat / month

Five times the headroom, per seat.

A real fund principal's monthly mix, or a real BDR's, or a mix.

  • Deep analyses (QoE, DDR, IC memo)50
  • Databooks25
  • Market research reports or executive reviews83
  • Competitive battlecards100
  • Full analyses208
  • Quick analyses1,250
  • Full company enrichment cascades166
  • Single-contact enrichments833
  • Inbound CIM triages250
  • Outbound email drafts1,250
  • Outbound dial minutes (~41 hours of calls)2,500
  • Voicemail drops5,000
  • SMS messages2,500

Inbound dial minutes are free. Continuous deal-card maintenance is free. Background platform AI (auto-classify, find-similar, smart search, daily digest, scheduled audits) is free. The platform fee covers all of it.

You will never see a surprise credit charge.

Alfred maintains your deal cards continuously. That work is free. It is what the platform fee is for.

When Alfred processes new input and identifies heavy follow-on work he could do (a QoE memo, a databook, a market research pass, a thesis-scoring run), he proposes the work first with the credit cost shown. You approve or skip. Credits debit only on approval.

This is the same architectural rule that keeps Alfred from sending an outbound email without you. He doesn't spend without you either.

Configurable per workspace. Set the auto-approve threshold to whatever you trust him with. Default is 2 credits. Power users set it higher.

Rollover

Credits roll over the way mature usage-priced products do them.

Tier Bundled monthly credits Rollover policy
Solo 500 / month No rollover. Use them in the month. Builds the habit; makes the upgrade trigger natural.
Team 2,500 / seat / month 50% carry-over cap, max 1,250 banked per seat. Honors lumpy diligence months.
Fund Custom Annual pooling with quarterly true-up. Fund-grade flexibility.
Overage packs $60 / $500 / $2,000 12-month expiration. You paid cash; you keep the value.

Overage packs come in three sizes: 500 credits at $60, 5,000 at $500, 25,000 at $2,000. The bigger the pack, the cheaper the per-credit rate.

What it replaces

What the stack costs today. What it costs as one workspace.

The buyer evaluating Fulcrum is already paying for most of what we replace. Two columns. Real ranges.

Sales Team · 6 seats

Your current stack, per seat per month.

CRM$50–150
Sales engagement and cadence$80–130
Cold email$30–90
Power dialer$30–90
Lead database$50–100
Conversation intelligence$80–120
AI assistant$30
Stack total$350–710
Equivalent stack for 6 seats$2,100–4,260 / mo
FulcrumGTM Team$2,094 / mo

You replace 7 tools that don't talk to each other with one workspace that does, an agent that remembers every account, and on-demand analytical workstreams none of them have.

Small Fund · 4 seats

Your current stack, per year.

Deal-sourcing database$25K–50K
Relationship CRM (4 seats)$8K–11K
Enrichment data$3K–8K
AI assistant$1.4K
Virtual data room (per active deal)$30K–90K
Stack total$67K–160K / yr
FulcrumGTM Team for 4 seats$16,752 / yr

A 70 to 90% reduction at Team tier, before factoring the analyst-hours Alfred saves you.

Comparable workflow tools cost three to ten times more per seat. The market data is referenced; the savings are real.

Frequently asked

Things buyers actually ask.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up, get a workspace seat and a credit allocation matched to the tier you're trying. No card required. After 14 days, you decide whether to subscribe or stop. We don't auto-charge.
What counts as a credit?
A credit is the meter Alfred uses for the explicit heavy work you ask him to do. A Quick analysis is 2 credits. A Deep analysis (QoE, DDR, IC memo) is 50. A databook is 100. The full menu is on the credit map above. Continuous deal-card maintenance and background AI are not credit-metered. Those are covered by your platform fee.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
You buy an overage pack. They come in three sizes: 500 credits at $60, 5,000 at $500, 25,000 at $2,000. Overage credits don't expire for 12 months. Or you upgrade your tier if you're consistently topping up.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Yes, on the Fund tier. If your team already has commercial agreements with model providers or enrichment vendors, plug your keys in and skip the credit conversion entirely. You pay the platform fee plus your direct vendor spend, no markup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing is month-to-month. Annual billing is committed for the year and gets a discount.
Do credits actually roll over, or is that marketing?
They roll over according to the policy above. Solo doesn't roll over because the allocation is small enough that habit is the lever. Team rolls over 50% per seat with a banking cap, which handles lumpy diligence months. Fund pools annually. Overage packs you bought with cash don't expire for 12 months.
What is "cascade with approval" and why does it matter?
When Alfred processes new input and identifies heavy follow-on work he could do, he proposes it first with the credit cost shown. You approve or skip. Credits only debit on approval. This is the same architectural rule that keeps him from sending external emails without your nod. The result: you never see a surprise credit charge.
What happens if I outgrow my tier?
You upgrade. The most common path is Solo to Team once you start needing Deep analyses (QoE, DDR, IC memo) or the dialer and integrations Solo doesn't include. Or once you bring on a second seat and want to share the workspace. Team to Fund happens when an IT or security review requires SSO, single-tenant deploy, or a SOC 2 letter.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Solo or Team. Self-serve onboarding (Solo) or a setup call (Team) is included. Fund engagements include white-glove onboarding and custom thesis or ICP configuration as part of the contract.
